After Convert Audio file open in new tab. Right click on Player and save audio as your Device.

The browser can only speak languages that are installed on your Operating System.
Here is how to fix it, followed by updated code that tries harder to find a matching voice.

Step 1: Install Hindi Voice (Required)

For Windows Users:
Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
Click Add a language.
Search for Hindi.
Click Next. IMPORTANT: Make sure the "Text-to-speech" box is checked.
Click Install.
Restart your browser.

For Android Users:
Go to Settings > General Management > Text-to-speech output.
Click the Gear Icon next to "Preferred engine".
Click Install voice data.
Find Hindi (India) and download it.
